Moderation
We need fuel to function and that is why a balanced and complete diet, with all kinds of nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins) is so important. But don't forget that including that sugary treat you love in your diet is also healthy. Forget excess (for better or for worse) and nutrient deficiencies and eat a variety of foods that contribute to both the physical and mental components.
Train and nourish
A healthy diet in this sense is important to add to your Ballet Body workouts because the combination of both is key to a healthy body and mind.

- eat several times a day, in the right quantities
- eat more fruit and vegetables
- moderate your intake of alcohol and fizzy drinks
