I love this snack. If you have a sweet tooth like me, it’s a great way of keeping you satiated. Dates are a great alternative – one that is healthier and more nutritious.
Ingredients:
60g of silk and smooth tahini
50g oat flakes
120g dates (without seeds)
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
pinch of vanilla bean
Instructions:
1 – Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you have a consistent mixture. If shouldn’t be too crumbly or too wet. 2 – If it’s too crumbly you can always add a tablespoon of water to help it blend.
3 – With your hands, make 8-10 balls. And that’s it! If you want, you can coat them with cinnamon or even melted chocolate. But I like mine just as they are 😊
