Stretching should be part of the routine

Consistent training is definitely very important! But this also includes remembering the role of stretching for the health of your body. The key thing is that you don't leave stretching and flexibility work in second place.


Stretching reduces muscle tension, loosens muscles, prevents injuries, activates circulation and speeds up recovery. In addition, postural self-correction exercises and stretching are fundamental in order to prevent cervical pain and incorrect postures.


Remember that stretching is not only important when training, but also throughout the day. Try to dedicate 5 minutes when you wake up for some stretching exercises. If you spend many hours in the same position, take short breaks where you can move and stretch your body.
