For today, and to end the year in a healthy way, I brought you a recipe from Casal Mistério: delicious salmon that can be ready in 15 minutes. Here's a suggestion for your new year's menu, why not? :)
INGREDIENTS:
4 salmon loins of 150-200g
Salt and pepper
75g white sesame seeds
20ml canola oil
Chives, chopped
For the asian sauce:
25ml soy sauce
40ml canola oil
45ml rice vinegar
15ml Mirin sauce
5g minced ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
PREPARATION METHOD:
Twenty minutes before you start cooking, remove the salmon from the fridge
Preheat the oven at 220º
Season the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper
Place the seeds in a shallow dish and cover the salmon, coating both sides
Place the fillets on a baking tray and coat the top with canola oil
Place the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes
Mix the ingredients for the sauce and let settle
Remove the salmon from the oven, let settle and then place the chives and the asian sauce on top
