Salmon with sesame crumble and asian sauce

For today, and to end the year in a healthy way, I brought you a recipe from Casal Mistério: delicious salmon that can be ready in 15 minutes. Here's a suggestion for your new year's menu, why not? :)


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 salmon loins of 150-200g

  • Salt and pepper

  • 75g white sesame seeds

  • 20ml canola oil

  • Chives, chopped


For the asian sauce:

  • 25ml soy sauce

  • 40ml canola oil

  • 45ml rice vinegar

  • 15ml Mirin sauce

  • 5g minced ginger

  • 1 garlic clove, minced


PREPARATION METHOD:

  • Twenty minutes before you start cooking, remove the salmon from the fridge

  • Preheat the oven at 220º

  • Season the salmon on both sides with salt and pepper

  • Place the seeds in a shallow dish and cover the salmon, coating both sides

  • Place the fillets on a baking tray and coat the top with canola oil

  • Place the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes

  • Mix the ingredients for the sauce and let settle

  • Remove the salmon from the oven, let settle and then place the chives and the asian sauce on top
