Salmon with orange and avocado salad

For those who love quick and easy recipes, I present you this suggestion: Salmon with orange and avocado salad. This delicious recipe is from the dear Mafalda Almeida.


  • 2 salmon loins

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (or honey)

  • 3 chopped garlic cloves

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 orange

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • Chopped coriander, to taste


  • Start by preparing the salmon marinade: mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, agave syrup, garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper

  • Place the salmon loins in this mixture and leave to marinate for 1 hour

  • Meanwhile, dice the avocado and the orange and chop 1/2 a onion. Mix in a bowl and add the chopped coriander and season with salt and pepper

  • Arrange the marinated salmon on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC

  • Serve the salmon and place the avocado and orange salad on top.
