Quinoa and banana cake

This week's recipe is from Pronatural: quinoa and banana cake. This is one of those easy to prepare recipes that will certainly be delicious. It only contains 4 ingredients and it will be great to have with tea at snack time or even in the morning!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups quinoa

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

PREPARATION METHOD:

  • Leave the quinoa in water overnight.

  • In the morning wash the quinoa, add all the ingredients, blend and bake in the oven for 30min at 170ºC
