Do you hydrate enough?

Drinking water is essential for our body to function and should be part of our daily routine. But we know it's not always easy! We find ourselves so focused on our daily tasks that we only remember to drink water during meals or when we exercise. Here are some tips to help you drink more water:


Take it with you everywhere

Water is one of our main sources of energy, so remember to always have a bottle (reusable if possible) with you wherever you go. A great tip is to have a large bottle that lasts for the whole day.



To remember

If you have trouble remembering to drink throughout the day, you can always use the reminder apps (for example: Drink Water Reminder and Alarm). You can also buy bottles that have markings according to the time of day.



Flavoured waters

These waters are not only more aesthetically pleasing to look at, but are also an additional source of vitamins. Waters with fruits and vegetables are great for those who want to increase their vitamin intake while drinking more water. I leave you with some examples that you can easily prepare at home:


  • 1L water

  • 1 sliced cucumber

  • 1 sliced lemon


  • 1L water

  • 1 sliced orange

  • 1 sliced lemon

  • mint leaves


  • 1L water

  • 2/3 sliced strawberries

  • 6 ou more blueberries

  • 1 sliced orange


  • 1L water

  • 1 sliced kiwi

  • 2 sliced strawberries

  • 1 sliced cucumber
