Today I bring you a simple, delicious and healthy recipe from the nutritionist Catarina Lopes: crepioca with only 3 ingredients. Great for the days when we don’t have much time, but want a nutritious meal!
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons tapioca starch
1 egg
Topping: cinnamon, apple, almonds
PREPARATION METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients together until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place the mixture in a non-stick frying pan and keep it on a low heat.
Cook for a few seconds and turn.
Add the topping and it‘s ready to serve.
Enjoy your meal!
