Today I bring you a snack that it's perfect to eat through out the day and also to use any leftover chickpeas you might have. You can always adapt the spices to your taste.
Ingredients:
250g cooked chickpeas;
3 tbsp of olive oil;
1 tsp of salt;
1 tsp of dried garlic;
1 tsp of smoked paprika;
1 tbsp of zaatar or alternatively you can use cumin powder, just a bit less - around 1/2 tbsp.
Instructions:
1 - Add the chickpeas to a pan that has enough space for them to be spread in an even layer.
2 - Add olive oil and spices and mix well so every chickpea is well coated.
3 - Bake for 40-45min at 200C with the fan on. However keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn! Reserve on an air tight container for a week.
