Ballet Body Outdoor October

On October 17th I'm counting on you for another Ballet Body class outdoors, with a meeting point at 10:30 am. As it is in the park, the class will be adapted for exercises in the center (without a bar) and on the mattress. To attend it is necessary to register and pay, made here on the site.  Enrollments are limited.

Meeting point: Confeitaria nacional Belém (located in the garden) and the location link will be sent closer to the event.

Material needed: Mattress or towel

If you already have the pack of 10 classes or purchased individual classes, you can use it for this class, presenting proof of booking via email, to the email  bbodylab.geral@gmail.com, and on the day of the class.
