Join us for our half-day retreat in the Enchanted Forest in Sintra and immerse yourself in a complete experience of well-being and reconnection. We’ll begin with a revitalizing Barre Tone & Yoga class, followed by a deep meditation session to calm the mind and body. During the Tea Break, you'll have time to relax and share experiences before we embark on a Journaling moment focused on self-discovery and reflection on 2024. Together, we'll set goals, address challenges, and establish intentions for the first quarter of 2025. Come reconnect with yourself and nature in this transformative retreat.

A barre class combines principles from Pilates, yoga, and proper ballet posture techniques. No prior experience is necessary.
About
Sofia Bichão
BBody Barre was born from something that has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I took my first ballet class at the age of 3, and the passion for dance has stayed with me ever since. I graduated in dance, working as a dancer and teacher, and years later, recognizing the importance of body-mind work, I became certified in yoga. In the same vein, understanding the importance of working on the mind to handle daily stress, I also completed a course in mindfulness techniques. Throughout this journey, and with a degree in marketing along the way, I worked in the corporate world for 10 years while teaching Ballet, Contemporary Dance, and later, Barre Body in parallel. In 2020, I officially created the BBody Barre method, with various types of classes that offer a complete and effective body and mind workout, aiming to help all my students achieve their perfect lifestyle, not “perfect” in the true sense of the word, but aligned with who we are individually. After 4 years of the digital studio, still in operation, and the Teachers Training program (training the method to other teachers), in 2024 I decided to start retreats, helping others in a more direct and personalized way with all the tools I have.
